How long does an interior repaint take? +
A three-bedroom interior is usually three to five working days with a two-person crew. We give you the day count in the written scope, not a range that drifts.
Do I need to be home while you work? +
No. Most clients give us a code or a key. Your foreman texts photos at the end of each day so you can follow along from work.
Who buys the paint? +
We do, at contractor pricing, and the brand and sheen are listed on your estimate. If you want a specific line we will price it that way.
What does the warranty actually cover? +
Two years on peeling, blistering, and flaking on surfaces we prepped, labor and material included. It does not cover new damage, moisture intrusion, or normal fading.
How do payments work? +
Nothing up front on residential work under $15,000. You pay when the punch list is signed off. Larger projects are split into two or three progress payments.
Can you match a color from a photo? +
Usually. Our color consultant scans it, mixes two or three candidates, and paints test patches on your wall before the crew starts.
